Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of certnodex.com and your requests for tour dates. By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are (provider identity)
certnodex.com is a PE (private enterprise) providing travel/tour services via online commercial offers. Provider identity details are available in the contact section of this Site.
For compliance with Ukrainian e-commerce requirements, we present our provider information in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (Закон України "Про електронну комерцію") No. 675-VIII, Article 7 (Стаття 7).
2. Eligibility, age, and student travel
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you submit a booking request on behalf of a minor with appropriate consent of the parent/guardian.
If you request student pricing or student travel conditions, you must be able to provide valid student status documents upon request. Student-related terms (including whether discounts apply and how they are verified) are subject to the specific tour conditions communicated to you during the booking request.
3. Booking requests (how requests are handled)
The Site enables you to request tour dates. Submitting a booking request does not automatically create a confirmed contract.
After you submit a request, our team reviews availability and confirms details by contacting you using the information you provided in the request.
If a tour date, itinerary, or inclusions change due to operational reasons, we will inform you before you make any binding decision based on the confirmed proposal.
4. Price, availability, and included vs. not included
Prices and availability are shown/communicated for the specific tour offer and may depend on departure date, number of participants, and room/transport options.
Tours typically include the services explicitly listed in the tour description or confirmed offer. Services not listed as included are generally not included (for example: personal expenses, optional excursions, insurance, meals not specified, and transport segments not listed).
We provide consumer information accurately and completely, avoiding misleading presentation, in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів") No. 3153-IX, as of the current codified/updated version.
5. Payment, deposit, and refunds
If a deposit is required to reserve availability, the amount and payment terms will be stated in the confirmed offer. By making a deposit (if applicable), you accept the reservation terms provided with your specific tour confirmation.
Cancellation rules and refund amounts depend on the tour conditions and supplier policies applicable to your confirmed booking. Any refund/penalty will be communicated to you for your specific booking at confirmation and/or prior to payment.
You understand that third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides) may apply cancellation fees or non-refundable costs.
6. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, certnodex.com is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure (including war, natural disasters, significant transport interruptions, government restrictions, or similar events), nor for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases where limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
7. Advertising and promotional offers
Any promotional information on the Site (including tour ads and landing-page offers) is provided in a truthful and lawful manner.
We apply the requirements for advertising content in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" (Закон України "Про рекламу") No. 270/96-VR.
8. Personal data and privacy
If you submit a booking request or contact us, we process personal data you provide to manage your request and provide services.
Where required, we obtain a lawful basis for processing (typically consent for marketing/tracking). Please review our Privacy Notice for details.
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Закон України "Про захист персональних даних") No. 2297-VI.
